We have more than 30 years’ experience in workforce planning and organisational design across a wide variety of industries, sectors, and for a range of purposes and outcomes.  

Organisational designs and workforce plans have been created for; a $1+ billion mining greenfield project, a number of smaller brownfield projects and organisational redesign for a 2,500 strong workforce in a highly complex International operation and developing country context.

Our approach to workforce planning and organisational design is always tailored to our client and their organisation.  We are conversant and competent in a number of best practice models however our approach to is never theoretical.  Our experience is when you adopt a values based process and get the consultation right your likelihood of achieving a win-win outcome is substantially improved.  This outcome then translates to improved organisational performance and results.
