Samantha Wilkinson - Principal
Samantha Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Business (Major HR/IR) from the University of South Australia and is currently studying for her Double Masters, MBA and HR. In 2016 Samantha Wilkinson accepted an invitation to become a member of Golden Key International Honour Society. Membership into the Society is by invitation only and applies to the top 15% of graduate students across the world.
Samantha has more than 20 years experience in operations and human resources. Samantha has held local, national and international roles with market leading private and public companies across a wide range of industries. She contributes to functional and industry committees / boards.
Samantha’s has owned and operated a successful Business Consultancy since 2011. In her business she is able to bring together two of her passions, people and organisational performance.
John Booth – Senior Associate
John has lived and worked in Adelaide for over twenty years having completed his studies in Business at the University of South Australia. John commenced his professional career as a Business Analyst eventually moving into a HR Analyst role which ultimately led to a focus on people related information and remuneration. John has accumulated over fifteen years of remuneration management experience both as an independent consultant and corporate manager. John is an expert in Job Design, Classification Evaluation, Job Description Analysis & Writing, Workforce Planning, Organisational Design, Remuneration & Benefits Benchmarking, Remuneration Framework Design & Implementation, Development & Application of Policy & Procedures.
Hayley Lokan - Senior Associate
Hayley is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and prides herself on providing honest, timely and valuable advice - adopting a partnership approach with clients to create positive and sustained improvement within business operations. She has been consulting for more than 10 years and her experience comes from a combination of psychology, human resources and recruitment experience. She has been consulting to a diverse range of industries in her role as an IO Psychologist, assisting businesses to become more productive and effective through her work with individuals, teams and organisations as a whole.
Edward Coombes - Office Coordinator
Edward is a qualified sports coach and has operated a successful hospitality business for the last 2 years. Edward is the central point of contact for Samantha Wilkinson HR Consulting for sales and the coordination of development programs.
