PROGRAM OUTLINE

People and Culture Professionals often have to influence without formal authority, and may well be engaging with stakeholders who are in more senior positions than they are. 

In addition, the competing and diverse needs and priorities of stakeholders can derail People and Culture efforts to maximise their contributions both in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. 
 
This program recognised that influencing skills are a cornerstone capability for High Performing People and Culture Professionals.   

During the program attendees will gain mind-sets, skill-sets and the tools that enable rewarding and productive stakeholder relationships.  

It will also be personally rewarding and fun!
